The MC Program
The MAKITA-MITSUI-MAN B&W Diesel two-stroke MC & MC-C engines are characterized by having mechanically driven camshaft controlls the timing of fuel injection, exhaust valves, starting air valves and cylinder lubrication.
The ME-B Program
The ME-B engines are characterized by having electronically controlled fuel injectors and cylinder lubrication.
The new type of electronically controlled diesel engines serves to reduce operating costs, reduce emissions, increase reliability and provide a high degree of flexibility in terms of operating modes and programs.
The benefits of the ME-B engines are:
